I created these cards when I was transitioning into single motherhood.

Dinner time used to be my favorite family-connection time. But as a single parent, it became too hard to hold that ritual in our new dynamic. It was filled with grief and big feelings. The physical demands of the witching hour and getting dinner ready simultaneously felt impossible. It was easy to let my kiddos eat wherever, whenever — even in front of the TV 📺 (which is something I vowed NEVER to do!)

I was feeling disconnected from my family and myself. I knew I needed to do something to RECLAIM our connection — I just wasn’t sure how.

So I made it.

I created PlayFULL Talk to be a playful ritual that helped us reclaim our magic and reconnect. One question at a time. No pressure. No perfection. Just a small, beautiful way back to each other.
