• Processing time
We are hard at work (and play!) in the workshop and studio to ensure our handmade toys are made and sent as quickly as possible. Most items, unless otherwise noted in the description, are sent within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination.

• Estimated shipping times
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 3-6 weeks
- We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

• Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

• Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following guidelines:
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items to return address within: 30 days of delivery

• The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale

• Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
