Here’s how it all works around here…

Digital Products (Printables, PDFs, Guides, Resources)

No waiting. No shipping fees. No lost-in-the-mail drama.

As soon as you complete your purchase, your digital goodies will magically (okay, automatically) appear in your inbox for instant download.

If you don’t see them right away, check your spam or promotions folder — or send me a note and I’ll happily help!

Print-on-Demand Products (Art Prints, Shirts, Mugs, Home Things)

Some of the physical products in my shop (like prints, apparel, or home goods) are lovingly made just for you by a print partner and shipped directly from their studio to your door.

Think of it like a tiny factory printing your order on demand — less waste, more intentional.

→ These items usually ship within 5-10 business days

→ They may arrive separately from other items in your order

→ Tracking info will be sent when available

→ Returns are limited to damage or defects — but if there’s an issue, I’ve got your back!

 

 

Original Artwork or Handmade Treasures

If you’ve snagged an original piece straight from my hands + heart — yay! I’ll package it up with lots of love and send it from my little studio.

You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way — so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
