Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” all sales of PDFs, printables, and digital resources are final. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing! If you’re unsure if something is right for you, feel free to reach out and ask.

 

What if I purchased the wrong digital product by mistake?

We’ve all been there! Send me an email right away at hello@JessicaPerkins.com and I’ll see what’s possible. I can’t guarantee a refund, but I’m always happy to look at what happened and help where I can.

 

Can I share the digital files I purchase with friends or in my classroom?

I love that you want to spread the magic! But these resources are for personal use only — one purchase = one household or one classroom. If you’d like to share with a larger group, please reach out! I offer group licensing or discounted rates for multiple copies.

Do you offer refunds on coaching sessions?

Coaching is a big investment of both of our time + energy. I don’t offer refunds for completed sessions, but if you need to reschedule, I just ask for at least 24 hours notice. Life happens — I get it! No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule a coaching session?

Just send me an email at hello@JessicaPerkins.com with as much notice as possible (minimum 24 hours) and we’ll find a new time that works.

 

Do you offer refunds on original artwork?

All artwork sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.

 

Do you take custom orders or commissions?

Sometimes! Feel free to reach out with what you’re dreaming up and I’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

 

Can I use your art or printables for my business, logo, or product?

Nope — all artwork, designs, and resources are for personal use only unless we’ve discussed and agreed otherwise in writing. If you’re interested in licensing or collaboration, let’s chat!
